You should have gotten a flexible drill attachment. I know it it used somewhere around the middle of the slide (inside, you may have to remove the trim) but I've never had to actually use it...
I had a broken leaf spring that disabled my old trailer. When I got it fixed, I learned that there was another one that had previously broken. When the second one broke, the trailer was sitting on the tire and there's no way I could have driven. That said, it was single axle.
You will hear both great stories and lots of complaints if you look around. My North Trail experience has been mostly positive, with the weak link being the dealers.
I bought a 21RBSS from Couch’s last May. I live near Toronto, so I was worried about the stories of how nobody will service a...
With you on this one! Love Heartland, not so much Couch's. I'm in Ontario as well, but luckily, I picked up, so I was able to do a PDI myself before accepting the unit. Before purchase, I specifically asked about their "service network" and I swear the guy just quickly googled "RV service in...
No doubting you or downplaying your situation, I feel awful for you! But there seems to be a lot of confusion about "heated underbelly". You do know that it simply means that there are heat ducts aimed towards the underbelly and not heat pads on the tanks, right?
This seems like a silly question, but have you checked that the lights are currently working? I had an electrical issue where when I connected my vehicle, the vehicle fuse that operates the running lights would blow. When that happened, my cameras would go out, too.
What model did you get and what are the issues? Were they found by the dealer prior to your PDI visit or ? I have a 2023 NT 21RBSS and have found it to be very well and thoughtfully built unit. I've had one issue (blowing a fuse on my vehicle) but it's been fixed and/or may have been an issue...
An alternative to blowing it out might be using a propylene glycol-based anti-freeze. I am also hyper-sensitive to the smell of standard ethanol based rv antifreeze. LOL, just today, I started a thread on another forum and have lots of people telling me I'm nuts. But I smell it every time I...
I have a 2023 North Trail and people are finding that the wires are provided but not hooked up "prepped vs. ready". If that's the case, it's easy to get power down from the center running light.
It seems many of these weren’t completely done. I’ve seen posts about dealers saying this is what “prepped” vs ”ready” means. My 2023 21RBSS came the same way as yours.(edit:just re-read. Mine did have a hole through the fiberglass. I initially thought there was also supposed to be a hole...
