looking for someone who ones a 2011 North country Lakeside....have question for you.
when looking at your camper the big lake logo on the front when you push on the front does it push in? my dealer says some are made that way?
We did that with the first bubbles because caulking on
Camper was bad and dealer was giving us kind of the run around. So
they know and have pictures of first stuff
Think i should recontact them about this matter after i talk to
Dealer and tell him i am?. I am just mad...the last camper we...
We bought a 2011 north country lakeside 26ft new in April 2012. We had few little things wrong no big deal.
Then noticed a bubble top driverside told dealer and after some conversation got it okd to get fixed. Meanwhile we became seasonal campers and found out we had to pull camper back off...
We just bought a 2011 north country in april of 2012. it was brand new but a holdover, we have noticed that the front by where there would be a structure beam i guess you would call it there is some bubbling, vertically and is moving across the top part but not as bad as the up and down. now...
talked with the dealer and he stated that he was to only reseal the roof area...i read the email that HL sent me that says the entire coach which to me means the whole camper. Dealer says depends on how you read it. so i emailed photos of other bad spots to HL and told him that dealer and i...
next question....can the camper be resealed sitting on the seasonal site or does it have to be takin in to the shop?
Also wondering how long is a reasonable time to expect camper to be in shop to have the wall fixed? We have vacation starting on the 10th come back the 19th (which Heartland...
i Called Heartland today just to find out exactly when our camper was made, it was 3/2010. i told the Customer Service guy about our caulking issues with the camper and that dealer said we should be checking it every 90 days when we have barely had it 90 days. Told him about the fiberglass...
We did a walk through but honestly never heard of a pdi until
I found this site after we bought our camper. I.have to say next. time if there is one i will be very picky.
I just feel we are paying the price now for buying hold over. We are new to the buying a new camper
Always had used. Guess...
i dont get it....why.....what really scare me now...is that the person that sold it to me said that they registered all our items or did the warranty card stuff for us so we didn't have to. All my stuff is in the camper 2 hours away, so i have to look to see if my cards are actually in the...
We purchase a brand new 2011 heartland camper in April of 2012. so it is a carry over from 2011 and had been sitting on the lot for awhile. Here is my situation and i would like some input if i should feel fustrated or if it is normal for this stuff to go wrong.
We first took the camper out...
Just setup a seasonal site in southern MN...We were the only Heartland owners there so far. Will keep my eyes open. New Seasonal campground
Trailside Campground...47 sites, small campground, quiet right along the root river bike trail, about 1 mile from Rushford MN:)
They did replace the jack for us with no issues. Was ready for a fight, glad i didn't have to. We are having other issues now, not sure if it is because it was a holder over 2011 and sitting on lot for so long or what. caulking cracking, window leaking, shower leaking, now on one side of...
Neighbor helped DH get it off truck and took it apart and the part that makes it goes up and down
Is broke. Not happy about how soon it broke. Not sure if it has something to do with the fact it
Has set on lot since 2011. It is brand new new, but hold over
Will find out in few hours when I...
It is a crankup. We cant believe it broke either. Our old camper was 8 years old and never had any
Problems with it. The thing is we have only had it since early may! Calling dealer today, hoping
No troubles!
Not sure if proper name for it, but the jack at the front that we crank up to hitch to truck wouldn't move today when we got home. We had to go get neighbor to help with his big lift jack or something to lift camper to unhook from truck. He deals with trailers and hitches and says that it is...
We are going to do our first seasonal site in a few weeks. We are wondering what we should use under the jacks for stabalizing and under tires. There is a gravel base. We have read where some people lift the camper off the ground with blocks. Brand new to seasonal so can use any advice you...
