We just replaced our rv couch with a Residential sleeper couch from our local furniture store. Took a lot of measurements and kept in mind how we would mount it to the slide out. Saved some bucks And got a better built product.
Since you have not used your rig yet you could do what we did before we used our Cyclone the first time. I just took a five gallon pail of clean water and dumped down the front bath shower then opened the valves one at a time until the water drained on the ground. Repeated this for the toilet...

We replaced our tires on our 2012 F-450 about a year ago with Hankook Dynapro AT2 tires that we got at Discount Tire. Do not have many miles on them yet. They have great traction and are not noisy at any speed. Very stable and track good going down the road.

Not sure whats rated for 9000 lbs, but load range E tires listed for your vehicle are rated between 3200-3500 lbs per tire at 80 psi. Load range shown depends on what diameter wheels you have, the 17 and 20 inch tires are rated just below 3200 lbs while the 18 inch tire is rated just over 3500...
