    When trying to raise a tandem axle trailer, blocking one axle will only raise the trailer 1/2 the height of the blocking. If you need to raise it significantly, blocking both axles will raise it equal height of the blocking.

    You should use blocks under both axles. If you raise one axle/wheel to the point that it raises the other wheel off the ground, you can cause damage to the axle, spring, shock, wheel, tire, etc.. from over loading. We used Lynx leveling blocks and always under both tires

    A toy hauler with out anything in the back, can easily be overloaded in the front when loaded for travel. I would bet you had way more than 15% tongue weight. Still with in gross weight numbers, but exceeded tongue weight capacity.

    If you are using it in the winter/colder months, you need to open a vent and get the humidity down. You'll experience this in the summer in the more humid climates as well. Either way, you need ventilation.

    Yes, see if the cover plate is laying near the port. I had all the block outs laying on the floor in ours when we received it, I reinstalled them and put silicone on them to keep them from falling out.

    That is not a bypass valve. It is a T-valve, only the one connection is controlled by the valve. It is considered an line tap Tee.
