Sundance 277 RL Wardrobe Cable Slide

Does anyone have a link to the slide manufacturer, or any type of schematic that locates the motor and instructions for manual operation in case of electrical failure. Just purchased this unit and the person that demo'd it for me said it was under the bed, but it's not there.

Do you know whe made the slide in question? If it was BAL, then HERE IS A LINK to the slide installation and maintenance manuals. It shows the motor mounted to the wall on the top of the slide opening.
I think your best bet would be to call Heartland Customer service for that information if the link does not help you.
