Here is a picture of how I lifted up the slide. Used the scissor jack out of the car.

Was able to make repairs myself. Took up the bed frame and ran the slide just about to full extend, had to have play to lift slide. Picked up right angle drill adapter from Home Depot and close quarters ratchet screw driver set from Sears. Used scissor jack to lift slide. Used right angle...

Had roller on closet side of bed room slide screws sheered off. Roller held in place with screws from the top, roller must have been attached before slide installed. Any thoughts on how to get roller reattached with out going to dealer and having slide removed? It's on a Sundance 2012 unit. May...
