    location of convertor/charger

    My bighorn seems to be overcharging my battery lately. Replaced old battery(3 yrs old) with new one and still is overcharging. MY QUESTION IS WHERE is the converter located? I have a 2011 Bighorn model 2985 with a Pd9260 power converter. any help would be appreciated.

    overhead storage cabinet hinges

    I am having problems with my hinge screws coming out of the actual door hinges and no way to put them back because of stripping. Any help would be appreciated. The unit is less than a year old.

    Awning Too Low

    We have an electric powered awning on our Big Horn 5th wheel, and when we extend or roll the awning out to the proper position, our entrance door will not go under without hitting the awning. Just wondered if anyone else has this problem and how can we fix this. The manual does not help at all...

    new heartland owners

    The wife and I just picked up our new 2011 Heartland Big Horn today. We can't wait to take it out for a weekend excursion. We love the floor plan and I have done alot of research about workmanship of Big Horns. We had a Jayco Eagle before but fell in love with heartland products.
