Hi John and Lori Sorry to report that we won't make it. Had the transmission replaced in the truck a few months ago by Ford and it's back in the shop....they are tearing the transmission apart to figure out what's wrong. :( I know you all will have a great time. Jenny and Dale

Highly recommend See Grins in Gilroy. If you are up in that area, you will be amazed at the variety of Heartland trailers! Most of them inside a big building! The owner, Randy, is very hospitable and he and his associates will make you feel right at home! Met him at one of our Heartland...

We're looking forward to the rally, but definitely will miss Larry and Debbi. Won't be the same without you two! Wishing you a full recovery, Larry. We're available to help any way we can. Will be arriving on the 14th.

This site is pretty quiet so close to our rally date. Any updates Larry? Any posts re the potluck or will there be a potluck? I am planning to bring a main dish if we have one.

We have our Heartland Owners Club plaque attached to the ladder on the back of our Bighorn. Unfortunately, Dale hit it with his foot while climbing down from the ladder on our trip to Indiana. How can we get new brackets for our sign? The sign is ok, but we need to replace the brackets. :eek:

Not a good weekend for us plus we have a trip planned soon after to Elkhart. Sorry we'll miss it!

Is it normal for the countertop above the fireplace to get very hot? When we use our fireplace we find that we need to remove anything sitting above it as the countertop gets very hot.

Hey Larry, Dale said that if you ordered this truck with camper and towing suspension, you're going to have a rough ride. Our one ton 350 Ford crew cab, 8 ft bed, rides like a rock on some freeways that have the 10 ft paved sections. Our truck is a Lariat, camper special, with front axle and...

We use our "laundry chute" for booze/water/central vac equip, etc. Unfortunately, Dale needed to reinforce the bottom of the "chute" as it was falling out....great place for anything but dirty laundry! :angel:

Dale and Jenny want to thank Larry and Debbi for a fantastic rally in Buellton! You did a great job. We had a wonderful time. Great meeting such wonderful people! Look forward to seeing all again soon!
