They told me it was a 99% chance it was caused from water. He also told me to contact my dealer and he could put screws in it. But I can do that. Shortly after I bought, I ordered it the way we wanted it, the dealer told me to recaulk and I did, the entire trailer. I have fixed all the issues...
I got an answer from Heartland. And I'm disgusted with them as usual. Should have known better than to contact them. I was hoping that with Thor acquiring them they might be different, but they haven't been any help to me. I wasn't expecting them to fix it for free. Just to fix it right. I can't...
In front underneath around the king pin area the skin is sagging and wrinkled and it looks to be pulling away from the sides. My dealer wants to put screws in it. I don't want to do that. It is an 09 model so I know it is out of warranty. I would really like to get it fixed right and to find...
I have a 9 cu ft refrigerator in my BH. How much time should it take it to get to set temp from say 80 degrees ambient? When the fresh food section is 40 to 43 what temp is the freezer going to be and is that temp fixed no matter what the fresh food is set at?
If your Apollo is picture framed in good luck. Mine would not heat. Everything else worked. I searched the Internet and couldn't find one that would fit. My son repairs appliances so I called him, told him what it was doing and he told me what parts I needed over the phone. I couldn't order the...
We have a 2009 BH 3370. While in the valley our half time oven quit. It was doing everything but heating. Light worked, table turned, but wouldn't heat my coffee. I found a tech here at home he looked at it ,ordered parts, put them in and now my coffee gets good and hot. The tech said it is...
I had also had a leak in my bedroom slide. I checked all the possibilities. Nothing that I did worked, until I noticed how the slide was leaning. It was leaning in to the rig. Changed that leak stopped. Seems too simple to be the cause but I have my fingers crossed.
Exact same thing happened to us. They sent us a new latch but when I took it apart nothing was wrong with the old latch. The tab was bent in a way that allowed it to come off. I straightened the tab and it
Hasn't happened since. That was two years ago.
I thought about that but with all the problems with them coming loose that I read about on the internet, and all the trouble I had breaking them loose I thought it may be something like loctite.
I'm in the process of repacking my bearings and ajusting the brakes. I noticed that the lugs and nuts has a residue on them. I figured Heartland was putting something on the threads to lock the nuts. Something like loctite. Not red or blue but either gray or white.Anyone know what it is.
I have a 09 BH 3370 and the fenders on the slides have all busted at the screw demples and the bracket on the door side has also broke loose. Has anyone else had this happen. I need to know what kind of material they are made from so I will know what to use. My dealer told me to call Heartland...
