Under my 2008 3912 the other day and noticed something that just didnt look right hah, Im glad i took a crawl underneath it before my next big trip this week because what i noticed was not only a recipe for disaster but catastrophic failure and a very poor design for a trailer rated at 18k lbs...
The front landing legs have alot of issues. Contact Venture Mfg. At (866) 365-1957, they will need ur serial number (under the top cap of landing leg) and can send you a repair kit or whatever parts you need. My thought on the dual conversion was to reduce the loading on the single drive motor...

Took a quick gander at it tonight and the adjustable "syncronization adjustment" was completely loose allowing it to be in the most outward adjustment on the rear end. This must have been the pop i heard. so i pushed the slide in and tightened the bolts back up and now it pulls the slide in...
Soo Long story short after dealing with numerous issues with front landing gear and constantly having to assist the motor with the handcrank, i have come to the conclusion that the motor just does not cut the Cyclone 3912 weight. It always seems as if it is struggling while hitching/unhitching...

Ok so hitched my trailer the other day and Landing gear motor sounded as if it was straining then popped. Upon Inspection keyways and all attached drivetrain was in tact, it appeared as if the actual electric motor case that holds it to the jack post has...
