    12 Volt Short

I have a short somewhere in my Bighorn 3400rl. When I connect or disconnect the battery I get a spark at the negative terminal. Not a wire burning spark but a good quarter inch spark. If I leave the battery connected without ground or truck power the battery will discharge in 48 hours. I have...

    Tires offset just a little

While looking at my 3400RL today I noticed the tires were offset just about 1/2 in. By this I mean the rear axle sticks out 1/2 in, on the drivers side and 1/2 in inboard on the door side. I have a 8 foot metal straight edge used by carpet layers so it is easy to check axle to axle alinement...

    Converter Location

Can someone tell me where the converter is located on my Bighorn 3400RL. I want to put a charge wizard on if it doesn't have one. I asume it's somewhere in the basement location but don't want to tear everything out to start looking. Thank in Advance Tom in TN.

We all have read about tire problems on Heartland and other coaches. When I bought mine I thought I might have to change tires to a better grade. While looking at Heartlands online and written literature I found the following. Bighorns come with E rated 16 in. tires except 36 ft. and above...
