During freezing weather I attempted to dump the tanks. The black tank was ok, but when I pulled on the shower grey tank the something broke and I could pull the cable all the way out if I wanted to. Question is, is it very hard to get to that particular valve and repair it?

We loved the cobbler. Since we use the half oven a lot I cut the recipe in half and use an 8x8 pan. The second time we made it we used a regular cherry filling (with chocolate cake mix) and it was way to sweet (that was the only filling I had on hand). It is easy and very good.

Thanks for all the feedback. We'll check to see if the brace is straight and/or the awning centered on the roller. (The only way we noticed the problem was when the awning was retracted it sounded like it slammed into the brace.) Since we have never noticed this mentioned in the forum before...

gdog, We haven't had trouble with the switch or extension, it is the retracting. The awning arm doesn't go into the brace attached to the trailer. According to our dealer, who called Dometic for us, there is no user manual for our model awning. Basically, we're on our own.

We have an '09 3055RL BH 5th. The electric awning was great, at first; however, we now have trouble with it going in properly. It is out of wack. We contacted Heartland, twice, and were told to leave a message, we did, no response. We contacted Dometic and were never able to get a user...

I love my H-T oven! We too had a problem with it turning off--used the H-T, then put something else in using the MW--after the MW was finished off went the MW power. When things cooled down the MW showed power was restored. Learned something--let the H-T cool a little before using the MW.

We have an BH '09 3055RL, one month old, and the landing gear motor mount broke while it was retracting. It was replaced, and the second time we went to a campground it broke again. It broke at the same place both times, the lower front corner of the mount. The service guy said he had never...

We just got a replacement for our 26" TV. Guess what? That night the "ghost" did its thing again. What next? We're traveling and can't do anything about it at the moment. Maybe by the time we get home, and before the warrantee runs out, the problem will be solved.

We leave from LaPine, OR 4/1/08 and head to NY, Woodridge, to work camp (gotta pay for diesel somehow). Anyway, we're traveling SR 20 to I84, to I80. Hope to see some Bighorns along the way (we have a 3055RL and LOVE it). Wave when you see us.

Eureka vacuum bags Thank you for your help on the Eureka vac bags. I'll have to check the local vacuum shops. But, like you said, call ahead first to see if they have them in stock.

We bought an '09 3055 a month ago and love it. When we bought the RV we were told that we could get Eureka bags at Walmart. No luck. We would like to get some bags to keep on hand as we will be traveling a lot. Does anyone have an idea where we could purchase them without ordering?

Just got a new '09 3055RL. The 33' noted was for our license. When we measured from the kingpin to the back we got 35'. It would be nice to know the real length when purchasing an RV.
