Try backflushing it. Fill kitchen tank, more or less and open that valve keeping dump valve closed. Be hooked to sewer so you can dump everything. Do a couple of times and it might work loose. Good luck. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Good morning. The valves are fairly unreliable and can provide nasty surprises. I purchased a Valeterra valve and put it right where the sewer cap is fastened. Perfect! Attach sewer hose first, open added valve and proceed as normal. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Hello All, Am I the only one to have trouble with the dump valves? Have a Bighorn 3270, 2017. Kitchen valve refuses to close, Gray water closes sometimes, black water works well. Have installed external Valterra valve on discharge tube. Any suggestions for getting other two to work? Thanks...

Don't turn it under pressure. It's more difficult destroys gasket. Then when on city it fills the fresh water tank to overflowing. Says Heartland service. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
