Bill, We have a 2009 Landmark Pinehurst and there is no remote. The thermostat controls the vent. It’s supposed to have a rain sensor. It’s worked great for us. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I got my non-commercial Class A after we bought our Landmark just in case of an accident and they find out I didn't have the required license and RV endorsement. Mike

We have stayed at Pismo Coast Village which is downtown and walking distance to the shops. We also stay at Pacific Dunes RV resort which is easier to get reservations and you can walk out on the dunes. They both have websites so check them out.

The day the payment is made makes sense but everyone knows it takes the dealers a while to prep the new rig. We bought ours the middle of March 2008 but we didn't receive our rig until April 2nd. (Clovis RV/RV Outlet in Fresno was very busy). Our friends bought theirs at the same time...

I have a question on the one year warranty. Does it begin the day you buy your rig or begin the day you complete your PDI and given the keys? I believe it would be the day you complete your PDI and given the keys.

Rv Outlet RV Outlet and Clovis RV are "sister" dealers. We bought our Landmark from Clovis RV (Landmark & Bighorn dealer) but the PDI and service is all done at RV Outlet. We had a great buying experience at Clovis RV! RV Outlet has a busy service department and we have worked with Matt.

We had our Landmark and our friends Landmark parked next to another Landmark that had three axles. (We didn't get to talk with the owners of the other Landmark because they keep it there all season) When we went on a walk we saw a Bighorn there too. Makes you proud to see more Heartland rigs...
