The top and side seals on my 2010 Augusta need replacing. I have gotten pricing from 1,000.00 per side to 650.00 for all. I have leaks during hard rain that wet the carpet at the bottom of the slide out, whether it's in or out. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? We will be traveling from...
We have a 2010 Landmark Augusta with a power awning. The awning is not rolling up straight causing the arms to not fully close. They are off to one side about a 1/2". I'm afraid that this will cause the arms to warp or damage the pins. Is there a way to adjust the arms to correct this condition...
I am smelling sewer when toilet is flushed and the black tank is aprox. 2/3 full. The odor comes from the right front near the W/D location. I have a 2010 Landmark Augusta. The odor also can be detected outside the trailer on the right front. Anyone experience anything like this?
I know how you feel. We are full timers going on three years and have had several leaks in the basement due to, I think, different types of hoses and connections used thru out the coach. The biggest problem comes from plastic fittings screwed into brass bodies. Hang in there. I don't know if any...
Has anyone had problems with the lights dimming and then going out? It's not the bulbs. It started with one of the kitchen lights going bad but the other light on the same switch was working. I changed the fixture from the one over the stairs and it worked for aprox. 2 weeks then went out and a...

The rubber seal that seals the flush ball is worn and not holding water in the bowl. I called Dometic. They want 31.00 for the seal and another 15.00 for shipping. I have been a Master Plumber for 50 years. It's a 5.00 part. I'm going to look for an alternative product to replace the Dometic...
Come on Heartland, why do you put such a cheesie plastic door in a place where it's bound to get broken. I don't even close my door when I'm hooked to 50 amp service. How much extra can it cost to put a quality item in place of cheap plastic?
I noticed that the outside was wearing first and it progressed to the middle. It seems that I can see the full lenght of the coach in the driver side mirror when traveling, but only half way down on the right side mirror. I have wondered if it might be an alighnment problem. Would I be better...
The right front tire on my 2010 Augusta is wearing a lot faster than the other three. I have aprox. 12,000 miles on the coach and I run 110 psi. The left rear is next in wear and the other two seem to be fine. Can it be a mis alighnment of the axels or maybe the brake on that tire is getting...
Thanks for the feedback. I am also connected to a battery charger until I get to a dealer. Not being an electrican, I don't know where the unit is or what it looks like.

Anyone experienced problems with the 110 to 12v system. I awoke to dim lights the other morning while plugged into 50 amp service. I turned off the 50 amp and went direct to the truck connection and the battery started to recharge. After a day of driving the battery was charged but upon hooking...
very helpful. Thanks everyone. Fridge has behaved itself the last couple of days. It would shut down during the night, so I fiddled with the door lock and opened and shut the doors and it came back on. I still hold my breath every time I go in for something cold. ha!
Thanks for the info. About three weeks ago I parked the coach without plugging in and the battery was dead when I returned. I plugged into 50 amp. and let it charge back up. Could this be the start of the problem? Should I buy a new 12V battery?
