    Wipe seal installation do it yourselfer.

    I have a tear in the middle of the wiper apart from both top and bottom ends.

    I have a Bighorn 3970 and the wiper seal is cracking in the bedroom slide and I can't see how to replace the wiper it is the " L " shaped one just like rem44 has shown, it's the metal strip holding it that I don't know if it needs to be removed.

    I am looking for advice as to HOW TO REPLACE the cracked WIPER seal on the bedroom slide. It's on my Bighorn with the forward bedroom. Starting from outside towards the slide box It's got the SEAL then a flat piece of metal then the wiper. I am assuming that the flat metal is over the seal but...
