    Cyclone 4113 Wardrobe Lide goes out but not back in.

    We have a Cyclone with the BAL Accu-Slide System. I've downloaded the manual and is nothing on the gearbox that the motor goes in to. The slide goes out fine with good force, it will only pull itself in about 6 inches before it starts making a Popping sound. I can push on the slide and it works...

    4113 southern Motion couch

    My Cyclon has a couch with 3 recliners. Two of the backs fold down and have power and USB. There are also 2 low voltage DC adapters that go in to the recliners. What do they do?
