Sorry for the delay in responding. I purchased side wiper seals for my Mallard from an outside company at a fair price. I am on a trip and will not be home for about two weeks. Can't remember the name od the company but will try and contact you again when I have the information.
I understand the maximum tire pressure recommendations but I have a question. If I check the tires in the morning and the outside temperature is at say 35 degrees how does the outside low temperature affect the recommended tire pressure setting? My tire monitoring system will often sound the...
I have a Mallard M2. It is very similar to a North Trail. The water pump is under the oven. Just unscrew the panel. Mine already had a hose on the syphon. Be sure you turn the valves.
Re: Where can I get Slide wiper seal for a 2018 wilderness
I got mine from Colawrv. They are a distributor for Norco, the maker of the slide. The parts number is BAL - R854056. They sell the wiper slide for $2.95 per foot. Heartland sells the same thing for $4.95 per foot. I bought 6ft to make...
I have an M26 Mallard. The inside and outside wiper seals have separated from the track and have torn as the slide moved in and out. Has anyone replaced these wiper seals. If so, what was the part number from Heartland? Was it easy to do or did you have to take it to a service center to do the...
Re: Outside Storage Door - Mallard M335you font
My Mallard storage doors and the outdoor kitchen have magnets which work great. Maybe they forgot to put yours on. I would call Heartland and ask them why you don't have them. Think you can also by these at a camping store or on-line.
We have an M26 Mallard and love it! We have had a few issues since we purchased it but nothing serious. We have traveled over 8,000 miles in it since 2017. We tow it with a GMC Sierra 1500 and have no problem - go over the mountains at 10,000 foot elevation in Colorado with ease. But we have an...
We have a M26 Mallard and we had the dealer take out the top bunk before we took delivery. Now the space is more open and accessible. Leaves a few holes in the wall, which is not too bad, and you may need to add a trim piece in the back corner.
Thanks Tom and Sherry for being the perfect hosts for the rally! We had a wonderful time meeting new owners and will look forward to your rally next year. Cody is a wonderful town with all of the museums and Bubba's BBQ is the place to go, even for breakfast!

This was an easy fix as it was just a screw head so the area that was glued down is only about 2 inches square so I don't think there would be an issue if we ever wanted to replace the floor. We can't even see where the repair was done.
Called Heartland and they said it was not structural. Yeah!
Did as suggested and cut the floor over the "hump". It turned out it was a screw head. Put construction glue on it and screwed it back down. Then used vinyl flooring glue I got from a flooring guy I knew, Weighed the vinyl down and now...
I have noticed the head of a bolt or screw coming up under the vinyl floor. It is near the center of the floor between the refrigerator and the table in the slide. Right now it is slightly raised and I am afraid if I don't get it fixed, it will come up all the way through the floor. Does anyone...
There are three drains right behind the steps (two blue ones and one red one). If I remember correctly the fresh water tank valve is the blue one in the middle. Definitely not the red one as that one is for hot water.
Good luck. We love our Mallard 26 and are leaving in a few minutes for three...
