Something as simple as a missing leg sure goes a long way as far as customer service goes. You will remember that for a long time. And speak highly of Heartland. I think far too often we are remembering the negative and not always the postive.

We purchased our ElkRidge in March. I stll have dents in my floor from the recliners, I showed them to our dealer and he said nothing could be done.

My chairs have a round metal tube type base, looking at the photo, yours is showing a flat bar. Mine have a round tube with a bunch of 1/2 inch tabs all around, I pulled them off of one chair as they were causing dents in lino! Do you think these frisbees will fit my chairs?

I dont have any solutions. Just wanted to say I feel for you. We buy new RVs, so this doesnt happen. Hot water heater and now Air conditioner, I would be fuming--but that just makes one hotter! Those cool ties really do help if you store in frig till you need them.

Since these responses are a couple years old, just checking----Does Heartland offer this sliding system? We have to do something! Whatever you need is in the center, so have to unload everything to get what you need. Anybody got any ideas?? Would love to hear them.
