12 Torque. Blowout in Shamrock Texas. 3 grand in damage. Less than 3k mile on trailer. No help from Heartland. 1200 to get rid of the tires. All of these people that are moderators on this site must be getting paid by Heartland the way they stick up for the company by putting these POS tires on...
Great looking rig. We have the 2012 model. Get those tires replaced. Mine blew out at about 3500 miles. $4000 in damage. Heartland should not be putting tires like that on these new trailers.
So how am I supposed to know when the fresh water tank is full. There is a large warning sticker on the side that says do not leave the water unattended while filling or you could cause serious damage by over filling. So here I am waiting for a overflow tube to tell me the tank is full. But NO...

Mine is a new torque but sure it is very similar. Glad I live in Arizona. Very little moisture issues.
Thanks Ernie, I have seen trailers on the road with ladders on the side instead of the rear so I am sure there is a way that it can be done. I will contact them with the vin and see. Thanks again John
Just made our first little trip with our torque TQ291. Great experience with little to no problems. Coming from a complete green horn to RVs. If you get one of these make sure they give you tie-downs for toys. Man can you believe a toy hauler with no tie downs. Just talked to the dealer today...
