#2 Gray water tank discharges does not seem to be closing.

We have a 2 year old 2014 Bighorn 3570RS. When we set up this trip, upon removing the cap for the sewer hose I filled a 3 gallon paint bucket with gray water. The valve handle feels like it is working correctly. I asked my wife to fill both sinks and then pull the plugs at the same time. I...

    Very disappointed in Heartland!

I have my 2014 Bighorn 3570 RS at the dealer getting it's furnace repaired for the 3rd time in 11 mo. Additionally because it has over 11,000 miles on it, I asked them to repack the wheel bearings. Got a call today telling me that a shock absorber is broken and the cost to repair would be...

Almost had a fire in our Bighorn

Today our 120 volt power just quit. We are in a very small town for an extended stay and no RV repair shop around. It was today, Saturday when this happened. We hired an electrician to help us solve the issue. It turned out to be a dead short at the connection to our power cable reel. Three of...

    Brackets on frame

Can anyone explain to me what the purpose of the brackets attached to the far real of the frame are for? I have a 6 point leveling system so I had guessed they are for drop down stabilizers. Since then I have seen units with these and they are mounted in front of these brackets.

I have a 2014 Bighorn 3570RS. The latch for the right hand closet door is screwed into approx. 1/8th inch panel. On the first trip it pulled out. I used a hole saw from the washer/crier closet to install a backing plate made of wood. I covered it with a blank electrical plate.

    Landing Gear Issue

When I use the switch on the front of the coach to raise or lower my landing gear, I can hear the pump working but nothing happens until, I believe the circuit breaker trips shortly. 2014 3570RS bathroom faucet

It is very difficult to use the faucet in our unit as the water flows into the sink approx. 1/2" from the edge of the sink. The RV style faucet is much shorter than a residential type. I have talked with Heartland and they are willing to make a new countertop but I really do not think that will...

    2nd Unit?

I see a note attached to the bedroom ceiling vent of my 2013 Rad Warrior 305 that there is a connection for an air conditioner there. I realize that RV air conditioners will only cool so much but our bedroom does not get very cool. Would it be practical to add a 2nd unit to our RW? Is there...

    Tow Vehicles RW 305

I was reading a closed forum about towning the 30C and folks feeling a 3/4 T is not adequate. I find this interesting, I do not claim to be an expert by any means as my 2013 RW 305 is my 1st 5th wheel. So far I have pulled it a bit over 7,500 miles through 13 states. We are only about 700 lb...
