Anyone have any experience using this type of heater. I am not sure I would leave it unattended or run it at night even though it has an oxygen sensor. They seem to be very efficient at nearly 100%. Thanks

We are new fulltimers and snow birds that will be heading to FL for the winter for the first time. We are looking for recommendations for campgrounds. $400 to $550 + electric fits our budget well. We do not need to be entertained and we also do not need to be close to the water-it would be nice...
Has anyone used this warranty for a fuel pump replacement, major motor, tranny, or any other repair. It states they cover the fuel pump and injectors but they leave a big window to jump out of about water in the fuel. How did they treat you?
I am looking to get an expandable hose to flush the black tank and wash the rig. Anyone had any luck with them? Please include the name of the hose if works well or not. What length you have. I am thinking about a 50 or 75Ft. I would like to cut some weight from the rig-light and easy to store...
We sold our house and are now full time as of a week ago. We decided go fulltime about 2 years ago and took our time to sell everything off a little at a time. The process worked well for us. I have storage available to me at no cost so we saved some items. It is amazing what you accumulate over...

Millenicom just raised their prices on broadband. Now 20Gigs is going to be $90 per month.I was planning on using this service soon. Is their anything out their that is a better deal? I know they run over the Verizon network and coverage is important to me. I am not going to steam TV as I do at...
Those of you using auto adjust drum brakes. How tight are the brakes when you spin the wheel? Is there just a slight drag or are they set much tighter when they auto adjust on their own? Curious:confused:
Thanks

I am trying to level out my 5ver-I am running slightly nose down. The question I have is as you move the hitch toward the cab will the truck squat less when hooked up or stay the same? My hitch can be moved up to 4". It is presently all the way back toward the gate which gives more gate...
What is the consensus about treating the seals that drag on the sides and top of the slide outs. Some say treat and some say do not treat? If they need treatment what is recommended to treat them.
Thanks

I am thinking about removing my B&W companion and turn over ball and replace with an air hitch. If any of you have sold these items what would be the aprox going rate if I sell them? I have looked on Craig's list and other places, but I could not find any for sale. New at Tweetys the combo runs...
I am looking for opinions as to what is the best position of my Companion hitch? It has 4" of front to back adjustment-installer set it all the way back(toward the tailgate). So it can be directly on the axle or 2" in front or behind it. Of course this could be any hitch that has this type...
Can you use any cable wire with the tailgater as long as as it is made for satellite TV- RG6? (there is only one wire that feeds and powers the unit). Can you use the UDC connection with the tailgater to feed the satellite tuner box it comes with?

Steve
Anyone using a Hopper with Dish TV service in your 5ver? How well is it working. Is it harder to set up Dish TV than Direct TV. Does Dish use one wire in to the UDC from the dish? Direct seems to want to jam down your throat their premium channels so you have to fight to get them removed after...
I talked to a camper I know and his new (used) purchase of a TT he bought has grease in the brakes probably from easy lube fittings. He wants to know if the shoes can be cleaned. I recommended replacement of the shoes or total back plate since cost difference is minimal. Anyone know if they can...
I want to rewire my brakes and the wires look like a mess to follow. Does anyone have a schematic of the wring showing the correct setup for the hot and common ground wire from the feed wire back?

I was wondering if anyone is using the net connection offer by Direct or Dish? I think they both offer it. Cost, speed and reliability.

I installed the electronic door lock from Mobil Outfitters. It seems the key FOB needs to be very close to the lock to work. Is anyone else having the same situation or do they all work like that?
Thanks
