Problem Solved. Turned out I had a crack on one of the fittings that was going to the Hot Water Heater. $6.00 part and $200 in labor and travel time. Submitting to Heartland to see how much they will cover.

Luckily the service guy is only 10 miles away. And yes that is why they are called dealers and not fixers.

Update. I spoke to Heartland to see what other options I have and have a mobile repair service guy coming on Monday. I will have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed back from Heartland but that is fine. I explained to the repair guy and told him I was 99% sure were the leak was and said it...

I purchased my 1st North Trail last November from Leo's RV on Rt 3 in Gambrills MD. Have not had a problem with the trailer but have been there many times to purchase parts and what ever I need. There are very helpful and friendly. They do have a large selection of new and used trailers.

We just purchased a new 2011 31RESS. We had a couple of issues in the walk through big nothing major. For being almost a year old it was in excellent shape. Mea_Dow should not have gone through that for while trying to purchasing a RV. We do live and learn.
