We had the same problem with our dining room chairs in our 2013 San Antonio. Heartland replaced them a month ago.

Fulltimers twice...Now Mosttimers/Anytimers. We are gone as long as we want to be or home as long as we want to be. Like it better this way!

And we enjoyed extending the Rally with the Mayer's.

We purchased a San Antonio in October, 2012. So far we are pleased with the unit. Dual pane windows are a must and well worth the money. I also replaced the stove with a convection/microwave oven which gives me a large cabinet. We do not have a heat pump so maybe someone else will comment on it.
