Well howdy to our fellow Heartlanders here at JCRV Resort. We had a toilet fix going on today largely because of the high silt content of the water here. Be sure to change your filters regularly. Ours was trashed after 2 1/2 weeks and managed to silt up our toilet lines as well. Live and learn!

I hope I get the cure! We had it on our 2010 Augusta and now have it on our new Key Largo.

The only time I had trouble was a case of "operator error" when "someone" :eek: had turned off the coach power at the shutoff switch. Oops!

I called the manufacturer when I had this problem with our Landmark Augusta and their representative suggested putting a screwdriver in the opening and striking the screwdriver with a hammer to loosen the connection. I did it and never had another problem with it. Good luck!

I agree with Ray that the tv4rv tripod and a smart phone app is the way to go. Rather than trying to aim a bulky dish, you aim the tripod using a compass setting and info from the phone. Once you have the tripod aimed and leveled you install the dish and most times you are done.

I'll have my "Donny Do" list waiting for you. I'm sure Kathy will have given you your tool trailer for Christmas by then!

Unbelievable! Thanks to your reply, danemeyer, we can now turn on the step light but, apparently, only with the remote! It may be the only function for which we will use the remote! Thanks for your help! Dave

Well, we have had partial success. There is a toggle switch next to the LevelUp system that must be turned on for the "basement" lights to operate. We still have not found a switch for the under step entrance light. There is not a switch that we can locate within arms reach from the ground...

You might also check the condition of your anode rod in the hot water heater. If it is badly degraded, replace it and that may fix your problem.

Re: Iowa Rally-2013 We'll be keeping an eye on this one too. We had a great time at the last (and only) Iowa rally.

I have been using the Holland Companion gas grill for the last two years and like it a lot. Since it uses an indirect flame there are NO flare ups and cooking chicken on it is terrific. I just butterfly the chicken by cutting the backbone out, season the bird and place it on the grill skin side...

Keep current on software updates and be sensible about what sites you visit and you'll be fine.

Another thing to try is to simply unplug the microwave for a half hour or so and plug it back in. For some reason, it works for us when we have an occasional dead 'wave! :)You'll find the outlet for the microwave inside the cupboard next to the appliance.
