Scott When we purchased our 4012 four months ago the DVD remote was missing. Our dealer said they are unable to get one from the factory. Is there a contact number and person I can resolve this issue with so we can use our entertainment center? Thanks Doug

It has been stated that the newer 08 Cyclone 4012s are having a second grey tank added. Our trailer goes in for warranty work tommorrow. Can this be added to our 08 when in the shop? This has been the only disappointment with this trailer. It has been a greater hassle than I expected. Thanks...

Finally got the new design done.

What is the opinion about running the heater with the slides in? I have one vent under the small livingroom slide. All my other 5th wheels had the vents in the middle of the coach. Will this cause a high heat problem? Thanks Doug

When we had our walk-through on our 4012 the dealer told us the Clarion DVD player does not come with a remote. The manual and the product box said it comes with a remote. Is the dealer just to lazy to order one? Thanks for the help.
