We have to catch fish first. Considering the lack of fishing skill in our family, we'll stick to bacon. We did BBQ chicken for dinner that I cooked on an Old Smokey over charcoal with oak wood chips. Delicious!

I didn't bring boards to level the North Trail. A kindly gentleman came over and gave my kids bread to feed the ducks and he gave me 6 leveling boards at no charge! RV people are the best!
We made the maiden voyage. First thing is that I'm going to have to get used to the crummy gas mileage. Pulling a trailer makes quite a difference. Second thing, pulling a trailer with bad side wind sheer isn't fun. I guess it was good experience though. Now for the newbie mistakes. #1 We forgot...
They know the system well and showed me how to adjust it. It really makes a huge difference in the squat of the tow vehicle. I could feel it working when the wind hit it hard too. Seems to allow it to flex a little so it's not jerking around so much.

We are very excited to get our RVing on! Of course, I picked it up on a day when the wind was blowing a gale. It took a few minutes to get used to the feel of pulling a trailer that big. I'm sure I'll get more accustomed to it as I go. We are camping out Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I'll be sure...
We did the walk through and everything went smoothly. We asked a ton of questions and they took the time to answer them. It took an hour and a half to get through everything. We are getting and anti sway system installed and can hopefully pick up the trailer tomorrow. Thanks for all of the help...
Our sales guy gave me his cell # for anything that comes up. He's been very cool. I pray it stays that way after the sale.

My wife and I are going to do our walk through tomorrow on our 2016 North Trail NT24BH. Are there any tips that you can give us? Anything we need to look for? Anything we need to be especially careful about? I hate to be that customer, but we are paying a ton of money for this and want to make...
Thanks for all of the helpful advice. It's just a big purchase and I want to make sure I know what to expect.

My wife and I just bought a new North Trail 24ft bunkhouse. Honestly, we are scared out of our minds reading horror stories of melted breaker boxes, plumbing leaks, blown tires, mice infestations and leaky roofs. We've yet to take it out yet and I'm already feeling overwhelmed. We love the...
