Thanks for the information. With the monitor under the rear view mirror, it's antenna can't extend straight up. Maybe by moving it to the side I can extend it straight up. I'll post my results next trip.

Actually I do have the observation "BL" camera. I haven't tried moving either antenna or relocating the monitor, that's next. Does the booster antenna you refer to go on the camera or the monitor?

We spent 5 days at Tyler State Park in East Texas. We had perfect weather and the park was nearly empty so we had it all to ourselves. We hiked, cooked and ate as well as got use to our new rig. We're looking forward to our next trip.

Ford F 150 with the 3.5L V6 Ecoboost. My trailer is about 8,500 lbs loaded and power is not an issue. Normally I get 21mpg or so on the highway driving 75mph and 9mpg driving 70 when towing.
