some time the slide can retract a little to far and you might have to start it by using the manual crank just to move it a little that worked for me once on our 3200 bhs sundance located under the entrance steps good luck

:)HEY BUTCH I just got finished with mine today. We used 3/4 round stock - u bolts and turn buckles forming an X on the front. On the back kind of did the same but on my 3200 BHS they are crossed but slightly off set do to the location of the jacks. WOW what a difference all of the rocking is gone

also on our 3200bhs we have the same tool I believe you are talking about under the entrance steps is a slot for the slide out to be operated manually, hope this helps
