Roger, I had the same thing happen to my Bighorn 3055RL this summer. I figured out what had happend and replaced the bolt that had come out myself. It cost less than $1 from Home Depot. If that happens again, you can fix it yourself with little hassle. DIck Savoie

I installed it on the kitchen cabinet facing on the right side of the stairway when coming out of the bedroom. Just call heartland and ask for the parts department. It's very easy to make orders and they arrive very quickly. As I recall, the cost was less than $15.

Grab bar I ordered a hand grip from Heartland just like the one that you see when you enter the trailer door. I installed it between the bedroom and kitchen on the stairs and it works great and looks like it came with the trailer.
