Well the cost is not worth it. I removed the skin, and used a piece of aluminum I got from H depot as a backing. Pop riveted the tear. Beat out the bent area and re installed it. It’s not factory fresh, but it works thanks everyone

I’ve tried to find any that sold white aluminum but none found around here in NE Tx. That’s a good example of what I’m looking for. Thank you.

could it be a short version of do not sleep with ( leaking) gasoline/oil toys in this area without proper ventilation? An EPA or civil requirement? I just don’t have a clue on the intent. I’ll just presume it’s required by law and use logic.
