I did find out that Carrier is no longer making AC's for RV's since 2009.
This means that parts will be hard to find.
Also, is Heartland still putting Carrrier in their new Bighorns?

I got my 2010 Bighorn in 2009 and the date on the AC is 2007. I don't think it's under warranty anymore. I found the fan for about $30 and it seems like a pretty simple fix. I was just wondering if this was a common problem, but it doesn't seem like it. I also heard from one dealer that...
I have a 2010 Bighorn 3580RL. I have two AC's. The rear one is a Carrier Air V HC 15,000 BTU, model # 68rv15102a. My wife noticed it was making a funny noise and we thought it was a dirt dobber on one of the fan blades. Upon looking at it, there's a crack on where the fan goes to the motor...
It's neither one of those things. The "poor man's concrete" is some sort of other stuff. I will see if I can get a picture of a driveway done with it. I can also get "bottom ash", but I think that wouldn't compact very well as my father in law uses it in his driveway, but it takes a long time...
We have a few companies locally that offer "poor man's concrete". I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I've seen it in driveways and such. It's a white powdery material they dump and flatten out and when it gets wet, it's supposed to harden like cement. But, it's not as pretty and won't get...
I have two AC's on our Bighorn and the one in the bedroom kept leaking a few drops of water onto the bed. I looked it up on here and thought it was just condensation. It's really humid here in Louisiana during the summer. After a few days, it got worse. More than just a few drops would come...
I work for a truck accessory shop that sells 5th wheel hitches, gooseneck hitches, etc... The Curt 20K hitch is a nice hitch. They stand behind their products. That particular hitch has a 10 year warranty - double the 5 year that Reese has.
We have a 2010 3580RL Bighorn and we've had it for almost a year. We thought the vacuum was a nice feature and ordered ours with it. When we got it, we tried it and it just didn't live up to our expectations. I finally got around to checking it out. My dad also has a Bighorn with the vacuum...
We have a 2010 Bighorn 3580RL. We didn't use the trailer for a few months and then camped at a place where it was cold. When we got setup, I turned the furnace on to heat it up since it was about 30 degrees when we arrived. You could hear the starter click and try to light a fire, but the fan...
Thanks for the input. I was looking for something closer to the Port Reading area, but like mentioned above, it's a pretty urban area. I'm looking for something close for a job that's there and looking to stay several months in our new 2010 3580RL Bighorn that we're going to pick up next week...
I don't have the trailer yet, but looking into seeing if I can get the trailair air pin cheaper than what the factory wants for it and I needed to figure out which one I needed. My father in law owns a shop that sells that types of things and he's going to get it at cost for me.
Thanks,
Cory
I was also disappointed that the 3580 was not at the Houston show. I'm assuming that's the show you are talking about. The Bighorn dealer there said they had one on the lot, but they were closed by the time we got there Saturday and they are closed Sunday too. The one they have on the lot is...
I meant 2010. Sorry about that. Can you get the Saddle interior without the leather couch?
Thanks for the pictures and let me know when the new brochures are out.
Cory
I see the floor plans and the pricing guide, but no brochure. Also, where's some pictures of the new Saddle interior?
Thanks,
Cory (hopefully a future Bighorn owner)
