I have a Big Country 3250 and when it rains the BFI outlet kicks out and also when I washed the trailer the other day it kicked out when the slides were in and I hosed down the left side. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have tried extensions and they did not work and I have found that if I put my hand in between the wheels to support the gauge or inflator with the tips of my fingers I have no problem checking or airing up the tires. I am a retired truck mechanic and have fairly big hands.

Thanks for the suggestions and I am going to try the Calgon and Dawn first before replacing the valves with electric valves. Marina5

We have had the same problem with the flooring in our trailer, and the dealer reglued it around the register, and this spring it has come up in all the areas that you have concerns with. My trailer is now out of warranty.

Is there any way to keep the dump valves free, other than with Drain Valve Lube with Co-Co Oil, of which does not seem to work.

My former truck was a 2001 Ford F250 short box and I pulled 3 trailers with it and never had to slide the 5th wheel. My replacement truck does not have a slider.

I had the same problem and was told to smear the ball with vaseline and the toilet has never leaked down again. Doug

WE had a similar problem and patched it with a automotive tire patch.
