    TrailerSaver BD5 air hitch F/S

Sold my 5er and have a TrailerSaver BD5 air hitch for sale. 5k pin weight, 28k gross trailer weight. Less than 2 years old and in great condition. Amazing how she rides. No more stress over expansion joints….or most of SC! The absolute best fifth wheel hitch made hands down. I am in the Orlando...

    Location of anti-siphon check valves?

Thanks Gary and John. I will look again in the shower before I dig into the basement again and look there. Great idea to determine which line by running water! Never thought if that. Troy

    Location of anti-siphon check valves?

Hmmm. I used a light and mirror and could not find it. Assumed it would be there. Was it to the left or right? I might have to use a coat hanger and do some fishin maybe… Thanks! Troy

    Location of anti-siphon check valves?

I can’t find my forward black tank anti-siphon valve for the life of me. It is not under the bathroom sink. It is not seen via the shower access panel. I can’t find it behind the outside water panel. The rear one was in the aft lav under the sink as expected. Has anyone with a Cyclone 4270 or...

    Patio awning support arms

Crazy! I just went back out and checked to be 100%, and nope, no provisions for any arms at all. Been using it this way for a year with no issues, but now I am a bit nervous to keep using it. I will say it is very sturdy the way it is tho. Is it possible that some are beefed up and don’t require...

    Anderson brass valve froze up

Slight hi-jack..sorry. Are these valve supposed to be super hard to rotate? Mine has been since new (2020 Cyclone). I just assumed so, but niw I am afraid I may snap it. Any link to a direct replacement that is better? Or are they all like this? Thanks, Troy

    Patio awning support arms

Interesting. Mine looks nothing like that. Mine has 2 sturdy bars on each side that scissor in and out to extend/retract. Much more sturdy than my side awnings actually. Thanks for the pic. Troy

Happen to have a pic? Mine just has a scissor type arm on each side and nothing to support if I wanted to. I am not understanding how this system can have a support arm… Troy

    Cyclone 4006/F350 DRW/Goosebox 20k jerking

It aint cheap, but I will say I will never own a 5er ever again without an air ride hitch again. Had the TrailerSaver for about 9 months now, and every trip I am still amazed how the herky jerky ride completely dissolved. Troy

    Odd possible AC issue?

Interesting. Might go take a look. Wonder if there are 3 diff circuit boards, or just the main and the front and aft units are wired through it too. Troy

    Odd possible AC issue?

Problem is that my issue is the compressor not coming on when I think it should. When its off, it is warm...just a fan. When the compressor kicks on, it cools perfectly. No need to measure temps. Troy

    Odd possible AC issue?

Thanks again for that link. Very informative. Out camping and am noticing the same issue. 50 Amp service and no other A/Cs running overnight (while this happens anyway). Temp set to 73 auto. Bedroom unit will start and after about 30-45 secs will shut off. No compressor start up. After 60-90...

Anyone happy with the Winegard Air 360?

Dayum! Didn’t realize it goes that fast. Been lucky, grandfathered into a T-Mobile unlimited plan. Some amount high speed and then slower like the Verizon plan mentioned. Its been working fine for roku/Amazon Prime movies and Netflix, but recently she has been streaming via some Firestick...

Anyone happy with the Winegard Air 360?

I currently don’t have verizon or att. Have to pay for gig. Looks like 1,3, 10, and 20. Popular 10 gig is $59/ 30 days, with no contract or set up fees. I am not techie by far and not even sure what plan I need. Wife pretty much streams movies all day long, so maybe 10 gig? Troy

Anyone happy with the Winegard Air 360?

This unit came with the Winegard Air 360. Contemplating getting service activated. We currently use data from our unlimited T-Mobile plan via hot spot from the phone. Works ok, but a bit slow for streaming. I guess my question is, has anyone activated service with it and stream? Don't want to...

    F350 - No Lockup

Dayum. I would think 9 or 10 is waaaay too much brake. I use 6 on my 20k (weighed) trailer and it works great. In fact I have had a panic stop and was relieved to see that it stopped great. Troy

    F350 - No Lockup

When u manually override by squeezing the levers together, does it stop? Is it an oem Ford brake controller? Maybe new pads are needed. I assume you are setting it at 10 to test and not normally at 10...that would use a bunch more brakes on your trailer than usual. Troy

    Security for pets

I get that for sure. Last 2 outings we had dogs right next door barking allllll day long. Last one was all night long. Turned out it was a cop that lives there and came home early in the am. Security for pets

I hate to come off as too callous, but what would/could you do if you happen to have an AC issue or fire? Besides, it is very annoying when the rv next to you has the dog that was left alone “for a short time” that wont stop barking. This happens way too often. I go camping to relax. And yes, I...

    TST monitor tire readings

Now that is great CS right there! Kudos. I upgrade to the TST and only used for 1 trip so far. I didnt use the repeater that came in the box. Durabak on the deck/ramp

Just got our Cyclone with side and rear porches about 3 months ago. Did a bunch of research and was concerned about soggy decks. Decided to use a truck bed paint (Rynoliner I think) that I got at Lowes. Sealed the obvious intrusion area with a good paintable bathroom caulking and then brushed it...

Did I max out my hitch?

Whelp. Bit the bullet and just ordered a TrailSaver BD5F. After our last venture up 95/26 in SC last week, even the wife thought an air ride is worth a shot...even for the money. Will let everyone know if its worth the extra dough. Figured an upgraded 25+K hitch was gonna run around $1200. Add...

They haven’t returned my calls. Troy - - - Updated - - - No guesses here... actual weights as stated. I am currently 500 lbs under max tow weight and about 1500 lbs under max pin weight. Just wondering how close is safe. When I bought this hitch I thought it was way overkill for the 13k...

Did I max out my hitch?

Recently traded my Keystone 5er (13k loaded) for my new Cyclone, which was just weighed at 20.5k. Honestly, this should be close to the max...

    Toy hauler rear door support

On mine, my side patio has the supports (and cables obviously), but the rear doesnt. The rear ramp converts to a patio, but does not have the support provision.
