I sent an email with pics and talked to them on the phone, and they are telling me that theres nothing wrong with the way the cut was performed!! Yes thats what he told me! Thought Heartland would stand behind there product!!

Well just as I thought HeartLand is not going to help out with the Roof they are saying theres nothing wrong with the roof, that the A/C unit must have came loose to allow the roof to move out from under the unit..Im going to post some pics and yall can tell me what yall think

Not sure who installed the 2nd AC I will wait and see what INS says then go from there. Just noticed it leaking last week

and the cut was not an x cut they did a big square cut!

Brought the cyclone in last week, noticed my roof was coming out from under my front AC unit and when I ran the front unit I was getting some leakage on the inside of the camper, Repair man pulled my front AC unit up and said the roof was installed wrong from the factory, the hole they cut out...

ok I had not ran my furnace since hooking up my hunter, I ran it this weekend and the A/C and the furnace kicked on at the same time, if I lower the temp setting the A/C will turn off, and I can turn the temp setting back up but the furnace will not turn off, am I missing something here?

After getting back from a trip I noticed one of my spring hangers is broken, and after inspecting the rest it looks like they will all need changing out, where is the best place to buy some new ones?

this is mine its a 44155c model I just went back and swapped the yellow wire from the Y/O to the Y1 and it seems to be working like that..in the manual for the hunter it says that the Y/O is for the cool compressor and the Y1 is for the heat pump comressor...go figure I can't run the A/C long...

I hooked up my hunter like the 1st thread states and when I put it on cool and put it in Auto the compressor kicks on and stays on all the time regardless of temp. then the fan starts when its gets to the set temp.??? please help im confused

I had the same problem but it cut through my propane hose, put some heavy duty tie wraps and hadn't had a problem with it since, but its one of those things I check before pulling away.

My light over the door on my 3914 keeps burning the bulb it will last 1 or 2 weeks at the most, when I have it at home I leave the light on 24/7. I changed the whole light out thinking it was a defected light but the new one is doing the same thing. Does anyone else have this problem? are these...

Ive only checked it once, and since then I've gotten a aux. tank and haven't checked it again, but the one time I did check it I made 10 MPG

The truck handles it just fine, like I said you will need air bags because without air bags th truck will hit the ground..lol not really but it does make it sag. I only have about 3000 miles so far but no problems yet..

My truck pulls the 3914 just fine the only thing I added was air bags to keep it level and that was a must, I am using a B&W companion Hitch. I wish I had a 1 ton Dually but my 2500HD does the job just fine.

Tried it again yesturday before bringing it in to the dealership, I turned the cap alittle and it started venting , seems like the cap was just not in the right position..:eek:
