    Safety brake cable unplugged

    While disconnecting the truck from the trailer the safety brake came unplugged. Can anyone tell me if it is easy to plug back in and also how to do it? Thanks.

    Loft ladder on Cyclone 3812

    I love my 3812. But I hate the ladder that you have to climb to get up to the loft. The rungs are too hard on the feet. Flat rungs, as opposed to round, would be a lot better. Is there an alternative ladder available or has anyone done a successful mod? Thanks in advance.

    Is TV and vacuum supposed to work on generator?

    We have a 3812 with an Onan 5500 generator. But when running the generator the TV and the vacuum will not power up. We dis some trouble shooting behind the TV and there doesn't appear to be power going to the TV plug-in. We can run the TV off the plug-in on the island. This is a brand new unit...

    Speakers hooked up wrong

    Just got our new 3010 toy hauler. Great camper! But when trying it out last week we discovered that the speakers on the sound system were hooked up wrong. The outside speakers are connected to the inside rear speakers jacks, which means the outside speakers are always on if you are watching TV...
