I had the same problem with our 32BUDS. The shower hose was loose. Tightened that and then one of the PEX fittings began to leak. Pulled it out again and replaced all of the PEX fittings. No problems since and that was two years ago.

I believe the duct size is smaller going to the bunkroom. This would explain the smaller opening in the vent.

Like I stated in the original post, I needed to vent to get it off of my chest and feel better now. I had just gotten off of the phone with Customer Service and didn't feel like they cared. I just felt like the time it took to repair a unit that had damaged done prior to me purchasing it...
