Received my EMS in mail yesterday. Missing 2 of the 4 screws that attaches the lid. Is this normal. Gonna save it to install in whatever my new camper will be this. Been looking hard and can't find one to match my 3670 as far as comfort, live-ability and storage. Might be in another...

Hi Ray, No GFI problems at all prior to this. It has happened 3 different locations as well. 1st time fried transfer switch. Some say the fried neutral wire that fried(causing open neutral) backfed and killed microwave . Not sure if it fried from surge or it was the problem. Once I get the...

    Happy Days? MAYBE SO

Everyone--except the dealer, is pointing to an open neutral. With that said, I will definitely have a surge protector unit before using any rv again. Although with open neutral in camper, protection on power pedestal would not have mattered. Steve

    Happy Days? MAYBE SO

No. It is something between the pedestal and the rig...internally.. An open neutral is what everyone is saying. Very sporadic so hard to trace. ...AND I AM GETTING NO HELP.

Anybody out there experience this 120/240 issue.

Just got home from dealer. problem was a fried transfer switch on the neutral side. Switch box was found behind wall in storage bay. Cover was not screwed on and the little retainer ring where the wire feeds into box was not even screwed in and tightened. Gotta love the American workmanship...

same 50amp plug for the last 18 months. 2-120v legs that are split in breaker panel. Wish it was that easy. I think I have narrowed it down to between the camper side of the power cord reel and the breaker panel, but still stumped.

Anybody out there experience this 120/240 issue.

Last week my convection/microwave died. Took my 2011 Bighorn 3670 in to dealer. They removed oven for warranty repair and I brought rig back home. After arriving home all kinda weird things began to happen. 12v system died completely. Some 120v appliances were blinking. Upon checking...

Could not keep myself quiet here guys. This is actually my second post in a row with good news. My RM1350 is still working and cooling fine. As for the disturbing auto lock---seems sometimes it locks---sometimes it doesn't. Always seems to lock when you are in it and about to close the door...

Seems kinda awkward giving a positive report but---the 2 -120mm fans my dealer installed just above my bottom vent seems to have fixed my yr long problem. My fridge has been at 32-33 degrees since the repair. Good luck to you. Steve A. Dagro

    Happy camper!!!!

After exactly one year of frustration, I am once again a happy camper. I know several of you out there have read my "fridge bashing" posts. Dometic RM1350 Operation

is there a "LEMON LAW" in the RV industry. Been wondering that for some 6 months now. I really love my Bighorn and want to keep it as I have made a few simple mods to make it "MINE". Hi Ray, My feelings are hurt that I was not included in you comment about Kenny being patient with Dometic. With my 3rd RM1350 installed since my 2011 purchase in 4/22/10 and still not working, I have considered LEMON LAW as well as finding a residential 110V fridge that I could use with a...

GOSH Kenny, you are soooo smart. Why didn't I think of that. The 1st 4 steps didn't work on mine either. Mine makes about 8-10 1/2 cubes per trip until DW says "that's enough of that. I can utilize that ice bin more efficiently".--------Like for frozen libation ingredients!!!
