I recently needed to replace the wood looking foam fireplace "mantel". I had damaged it while I had the fireplace out for repair. I ordered a replacement from Heartland and was sent the wrong one. Different color and different style. Turned out the one they sent me was in the wrong bin at the parts dept. Sandy who took my order and follow up call sorted out the problem and sent me the correct one at no cost. Did not even want the other one back. Sandy was wonderful to work with. I belileve she is about to retire. Heartland is going to miss a great employee.

Thanks for posting this PJ, I too have had only great outcomes when dealing with Heartland customer service.

I have dealt with Sandy several times. She always came though for me. BTW, Terry in HL service went the extra mile in getting me the part #'s for the 2012 front cap decals.
