Dometic AC Control Panel

My control panel will not allow me to set up the mode etc. It seems to be stuck in the OFF position. When I try to go through the mode portion of the setup it will not do anything. The only function that I can change on the panel is the clock. Is there a way to reset the panel? It worked great for two months and now I have this problem. Thanks!

Your profile shows you have a 2012 Landmark. Is this the Whisper Quiet A/C or do you have a separate bedroom A/C unit?

Hi thanks for your response. Me unit is separate for the bedroom. It does not look like the one displayed. Should I call the dealer? Perhaps they have the answer. If you can think of anything let me know.

Thermostat covers usually come off without too much effort. I'd remove the cover and look at the wires coming in from the wall to see if something is loose.

I assume you have a Dometic. If you can find a model # for the thermostat, please post it.
