warranty problems

My one year old 5th wheel (just love it) was received with a damaged couch....and a year later it still isn't fixed! Its been a year of back and forth...with no resolve. I'm dealing directly with a Mr. Ian Roberts from Heartland who isn't all that communicative and doesn't seem to be working too hard to resolver my problem.

Any one out there have a suggestion how I can get some action?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's lots of useful information here along with a great bunch of friendly and helpful people.

"Damaged" leaves a lot to the imagination. Can you post a picture or describe the problem and why the Dealer, Heartland, and the sofa manufacturer aren't taking care of the problem?

Was your couches damage noted when you took delivery on a "due bill" or anything simular?? If not, your going to have a hard time getting it replaced. Normally you have 30 or maybe 90 days to make a claim. BTW, what is damaged??
