AC Not Cooling

We are new owners of a 2011 North Trail 32BUDS. This is only out second time using it. The AC came on just fine we got set up yesterday but stopped cooling after about two hours. The fan is blowing just fine but the compressor will not kick on. We thought it may have froze up but we ran just the fan all night and there is no difference this morning. I can switch the thermostat to cool and hear a click like when the compressor usually comes on but it doesn't start? Any home remedy suggestions?

Thanks,
Tack

Hi Tack,

It's possible that it's broken, but let me ask a dumb question before going further.

Have you tried lowering the set point on the thermostat so that it's way, way lower than the current temp - like maybe to 60 degrees?
