Dyson DC59 vacuums

We just bought a Dyson DC 59 for our Big Country like the ones that Heartland puts in the Landmarks. The instructions #18 says not to leave it plugged in for an extended amount of time. I wonder if Dyson owners leave theirs plugged in all the time??

Yep, always plugged in here. It has a Smart Charging System which shuts off the trickle charge to the battery once it's fully charged. Dyson said that their batteries only have a 2 year service life. Seems kind of short but we will see.

Yep, ours is always plugged in also. I LOVE the thing. I used to have to lug the house vacuum out to do the RV because the 'handheld' one we had didn't do a sufficient job. The Dyson is great.
