Rusted slide hardware

I was crawling around under our 2014 BC 3070re. I noticed alot of rust on the slide adjustment hardware. Should I wire brush then rustoleum? Or should I brush and then grease? I didnt know if painted bolt threads would cause more of a problem in the future

Mine does not look bad.
Did you pull in winter weather and salty roads?
If I had that problem , maybe wire brush and some spay on rust preventative coating. Don't think I would use paint.

I never pulled it in salt, snow or rain. Thanks for the reply

You might have not pulled in the snow/salt, but maybe it was when delivered to the dealer from the plant.
