Glue from inside slide seal being transfered to wiper seals and then onto exterior slide wall

Hello, I have a 2015 Cy4200. I started noticing some glue being transfered on my side wall of my main slide out when extended. I tried to investigage a little bit today. It appears it is coming from the interior slide seal that seals when the slide out is extended. The glue is then transfering to my wiper seals on that side and then transfering to the fiberglass sides and window. I tried to take some pictures.

Has anyone had this happend and does anyone have any poionters to repair this? I am not even sure how to get access to this because when the slide out is in, it is right against the fire place and tv. I could barely put my hand in there to snap some photos. Thanks for your help.

I thought that might be the material. Should I worry that this did not happen before? Is it possible the interior seal is being pushed back with use and exposing the butyl tape?

My Sundance has had same problem since i bought it 3yrs ago, i still clean it off once In a while. Just make sure to put some wax back on after you clean it off. I used mineral spirits and it will remove theglue and any protective wax thats been applied.
