Furniture controls quit working

We have a 2019 Newport with Thomas Payne furniture The couch is a double recliner with a seat/console in between. The console when flipped down has and outlet and USB Charging ports. All of these work. The controls for the recliner, heat, massage have quit working on both recliners. Looking behind the unit both of the controllers that operate the system has green lights which tell me it has power. The controllers on both units are not lit. Has anyone else had this problem?

Others have had problems like yours. The remedy, in most cases, seems to be a hard-target search underneath to locate and re establish all connection cables. Yes, even if you think you have good connections.

Along with what Len said, unplug each connector and look at all the pins. Sometimes they get pushed out of position.

Peace

While you are doing this, it would be worthwhile to spray some electrical contact restorer (I prefer Caig DeOxIt) on all of the contacts as you unplug and re-plug them.
