progressive dynamics pd52 vs pd52dcsv

Hello, it looks like I need to replace my progressive Dynamics pd52 auto transfer relay switch. Any comments on up grading to the Pd52dcsv? The newer version is $125 more. Dont know if it is worth the difference,

The PD52DCS includes features of a standalone electrical management system (EMS), including surge protection, high/low voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and open neutral protection. A standalone device with comparable EMS function runs $300-400.
