Side porch issue

Our new Toy Hauler, a 2019 has developed a high spot around the middle. And slot if the interior dude boards have had to be reglued. So much money spent on this thing! 😠

If you are inside the 1 year warranty, call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

Problems like this often get worse as time goes by. Now's the time to deal with it.

Even if you're out of warranty, ask Heartland what corrective action might be required, and if they would be willing to help with this.

I had mine replaced under warranty and had spray on bedliner applied to new one (side patio) and also did the ramp. I sealed all the bolt holes when putting back together. Did all this in 2017 and still holding up great.
