1/2 of AC vents not working

Own a 2013 Landmark Rushmore with 50 amp and duel ac units. Relatives are using it tonight and reported that when they turned on both units, very hot inside, that air was only coming out of 1/2 of the vents. The whole left side or door side (6 or 7 vents) were not releasing any air at all. Any help,would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

The Landmark line a/c discharge air on one side of the ceiling vents and the other side of the ceiling vent is the return air to the a/c unit.
