Interior upgrades

Probably applies to a few other models, but thought I would share here with other North Trail owners.
The original table had some swollen edges where the edge banding had separated and allowed moisture to get to the particle board that the table is made of. I went down to the local Lowes and purchased a 2'x4' premade butcher block slab and cut it out in the shape of the existing dining table. Rounded off the edges with the finesse of a belt sander then gave the entire table a liberal amount of sanding. Followed that up with a light coat of grey stain and four coats of polyurethane. Came out fantastic!
Another upgrade at the same time was installing a electric fireplace w/built in heater in the cabinet space below the TV. Campers World happen to have a unit on sale and measurements were slightly narrower than the cabinets overall opening. I filled in the gaps with some cut to fit wood that got a black spray paint. I will be dealing with the door hinge holes at a later date.
Let me know how I did!
